Pretty seamless transaction except for the beginning. Joanne hadn't setup the listing on zillow so that i could easily contact her. I found her info on their website and sent a text and she didnt respond so I reached out to another realitor Billi and she was responsive. I have another small concern, the sale price was 2500 and the seller was charged $500 to Joanne and $500 to Billi and after closing costs the seller only got $906... I was also charged like $175 realitor commission as well... Billi answered all my questions, also pointed out the lot wasnt buildable only able to be used for camping to make sure it was what i needed it for. She even got back to me about the road access after the sale which I appreciated. Another thing I appreciated was Billi only had me sign a 30 day contract to represent me on this vs another realitor in colorado had me sign a 4 month contract when I was just looking.

I have worked with Billi Taylor at JRE on two real estate transactions and each time she made the whole process very easy. I highly recommend Billi and JRE!!
