Hillary did an exceptional job for us. We were out of State sellers. She went above & beyond helping us get minor repairs done, finding contractors, buying supplies & scheduling the work. We ended up having to due an extension and had some complications at closing. Hillary was quick to respond, professional, great attention to detail and a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her for buying or selling a property.

We had a number of very specific requirements because of flood and short term rental opportunity. Hilary located an oceanfront condominium that was a perfect fit. If there were 10 stars, I would give her 10! We were selling the property as we went through a divorce, which made Hillary probably worked twice as hard as she normally would have to, and she took it all in stride. Got everything done when we needed. She even went over with her husband because I had a high water bill to see if the meter was running and found the toilet running and set up to get it fixed. She never missed a beat and I would bet if you asked her if she would say the sale was a pretty tough one dealing with two unhappy people not getting along, trying to make the sale go through. I honestly can’t say enough good I’ve bought and sold multiple houses over my life and she’s the best realtor I’ve ever run into. She got our Niceville sale done!
