As our realtor, they were extremely efficient, polished and professional. Once made public, we had multiple offers on our home within 24 hours. The house sold quickly, above the asking price with minimal paperwork.

Evelyn was always professional, she kept me abreast on everything. My husband and I are so thankful for Evelyn (and her partner, Nuria). Given the crazy market and our financial constraints, we put *a lot* of offers on homes, and every time Evelyn would give us her best advice, always ensuring that we were comfortable with what we were offering, and that we weren't putting ourselves in a potentially sticky situation just to get a "yes." This was really important to my husband and I because as first-time buyers, we didn't want to feel pressured into a house that, in the end, wasn't right for us. Evelyn is highly responsive, intuitive, and knows her stuff, and we can't recommend her (and Nuria) enough.
