Julie was the best from listing to closing. She went above and beyond from marketing to open houses and helping with any issues that came up and there were a few that were very annoying. I would give her more stars than 5 if it were possible. It was a fantastic experience working with her. Thank you Julie!

Julie was a hands-on advocate during the sale of my first property. She was responsive, SO knowledgeable and her communication was superb! Very detail oriented and timely! She had professional photos taken and listed the property quickly, which allowed for a quick sale. Her professionalism yet warm and candid nature made her the best real estate agent to work with from start to finish. Her diligence for whomever she represents, whether you are the buyer, or the seller is the best customer service I have received in any industry. You will be thankful you worked with her. From start to finish I couldn't have asked for a better experience from a Realtor. Julie listed our home and came prepared with comparable sales and was knowledgeable about the listing process. She was flexible with marketing, photography and accessed a network of realtors along with the MLS. She responded right away either by text or by phone when we had questions. After we had an offer, she kept track of deadlines and followed up in order to keep the process move smoothly. Julie scores well on being diligent and detail oriented!This was our best experience with a realtor where at the end of the transaction (we have sold 4 other properties) I would not hesitate to work with her again or to recommend her to others.

Julie was by far the best realtor we have ever worked with! Especially given we live in Michigan she made the process very smooth and easy! She gave us a grand tour on many homes/neighborhoods, asked questions that we weren't thinking about, gave us insights on what to do, what to look for, etc. After we decided to build she then remained with us at our side the whole way, sending us periodic pictures/videos of our home during the building process. I can't say enough great things about Julie, she is awesome!!
