Finally Home! The Lott Group was exceptionally instrumental in finding our “forever” home. As a first time homebuyer in Arizona my husband and I had researched homes 2 years prior to moving here. However, the market had definitely turned when we moved in January and securing an existing house in a mature neighborhood was very competitive. We preferred a mature neighborhood and definitely preferred not to wait 15 to 18 months on a new build. After losing out on multiple bids, we decided to just take a break from looking. Christi and David were referred to us around the month of June, and from the start they were very involved and responsive. After discussing the pros of purchasing a new built with Christi, we seen the value of doing so, however we still preferred not to wait months for one. Christi found a builder in one of our choice locations who had the availability of a home within 60 days that comprised the majority of our required features and much more! They introduced us to excellent financial resources and an exceptional home inspector, who we will hire again in 10 months before the one year warranty expires.
