I am very impressed because Mr. Ruben responded to my concerns and request with in 24 hours. He not only reply with answers, he was very concern about my needs. He works with escrow company very closely and therefore, we were able to close escrow with in 4 weeks. I feel that he knows what he was doing and I think I can trust him ever. Thank you Ruben!
