Dominic was amazing to work with in the sale of my condo, which to say was difficult would be an understatement to the tenth degree! Through it all Dominic stayed positive, professional, and went ABOVE & BEYOND to get the deal done and help us make our move. When selling my condo (especially in a difficult market), I couldn't have asked for anything more than I got from Dom Irpino and his team. Throughout the entire sale process, Dom always prioritized my needs and tailored the process to meet those needs. He advised me on what improvements to make before putting the condo on the market, while pointing out others that were not as necessary. Dom and his team did an amazing job putting together a glowing listing, including setting up a wonderful 3D virtual tour on quick time frame to get the listing up ASAP. As we had showings, Dom continually kept me appraised and advised me on what was important and what was not (e.g., how to leave the condo looking when there was a showing). In negotiations with the ultimate buyer, Dom ensured the buyer gave an offer that was truly reflective of the market value of the condo -- after an initial offer that was substantially below its value. Then, Dom and his team ensured everything was moving every step of the way, including helping problem-solve issues as we moved to closing.Dom was the best advisor, supporter, and listener throughout the process I could have asked for -- always available, thinking about my needs, and bringing expert advice. Tremendous thank you to Dom and his team (Cassie, Jenny, Sarah, and others) for the smoothest sale process I could have imagined.

What a truly amazing experience working with the Irpino Real Estate team! Dominic, Cassie and Sarah were all providing A+ service no matter the price market they can adjust. I've now used them for selling and buying and in my case I got what I wanted not due to the market but I believe this agency is able to utilize creative strategies with their experience and knowledge base. There's more to listing a property on the MLS, Dominic and team master this with being data driven and excellent service skills. My one recommendation is to not let your family/friend list your property. Go with the best brokerage out there and that's the Irpino Real Estate Group. They are the experts and I can say that with confidence.

Dominic and the Irpino Real Estate Group were nothing short of wonderful! There were knowledgeable, patient, accessible and very communicative. They gave us great advice on what we needed to do with our unit to get top dollar. Needless to say, our unit sold after a couple weeks on the market. I purposefully looked for a local owned and small to medium sized brokerage when getting ready to sell our condo.
