So glad we chose Rory as our realtor. We first spoke when we were just toying with the idea of purchasing of a new home a couple years ago, and despite the fact that we were not actively looking at the time, Rory was extremely attentive. While I’m sure Rory would be a great realtor regardless of where you’re looking for a new home, the fact that she’s local to Riverside means that she brings along with her a wealth of tribal knowledge of the area; from schools and parks, to building codes, zoning, personal references, etc. We remained in contact since we first started looking, and earlier this year, we began looking more actively. Whenever we saw a property that interested us, Rory was always able to arrange a showing on short notice. A few months ago when we found the home we were looking for, she engaged quickly and got our offer in right away. She negotiated on our behalf and was sure to keep us posted with real-time updates. After our offer was accepted, she provided recommendations for inspectors and other resources. While we chose to go with our own attorney and inspector, this showed that she was extremely organized, and was prepared to get us in contact with whoever we needed. Rory also has a way of making you feel like your issue or concern is her issue or concern, and proceeds accordingly.
