Become a Homeowner With Support That Makes It Possible

Buying a home can feel out of reach when debt, credit challenges, and rising costs stand in the way. This program is designed to help remove those barriers.

Franklin & Associates Realty, in partnership with Feeding Tampa Bay, Integrity Financial Services, and UKCF Empowerment, is offering a targeted initiative to expand homeownership opportunities in South St. Petersburg.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE
Mortgage Readiness Support
Tools and guidance to help you meet mortgage qualification requirements, including credit improvement and debt reduction strategies.

$300 in Monthly Food Support (Up to 10 Months)
Participants receive a $300/month Food Scholarship through Feeding Tampa Bay, allowing you to redirect $300 of your own funds each month toward paying down debt and improving your credit.

HOW IT WORKS
Up to 12 participants will be selected for the F.A.R. Homebuyers Club and receive:
• Weekly access to the Feeding Pinellas food pantry
• Lunch access as needed (Monday–Friday)
• Assistance applying for SNAP, if eligible
• $300/month in food goods and services

Participants commit to consistently applying $300 per month toward debt repayment and credit improvement.

WHO QUALIFIES
Applicants must meet all requirements:
• Live in the South St. Petersburg CRA
• Meet 80% or 120% AMI guidelines and be a first-time homebuyer
• Have stable income for at least two years
• Provide proof of good rental history
• Have at least $1,500 in savings
• Earn at least $3,750/month
• Currently pay $1,500+ in monthly rent
